Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Fee Responsibility
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If you wish to return an item, please note the following conditions regarding return shipping costs:
If the return is caused by the consumer (for example: change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer wanted), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact shipping fee depends on the courier service chosen by the consumer.
If the return is due to our responsibility (for example: the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect), Smith Fashion will cover the return shipping costs, and the consumer will not be required to pay any shipping fees for the return.
All returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at contact@smithfashion.co.uk Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Wrong Product:
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: at contact@smithfashion.co.uk with photos of the wrong product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Exchange:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: contact@smithfashion.co.uk. We will process the free exchange.
Change Of Mind:
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging.
Please note that minor variations in color, size, or texture do not qualify as defects.
Order Cancellation
We understand - sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@smithfashion.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, cancellation is no longer possible because your order will already be processing with our supplier. In that case, you can wait for the delivery and return the item according to our return policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
