Average Delivery Times

At Smith Fashion, we strive for the best value for money by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs and offer the products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, is usually between 9 and 15 days.

Shipping Information: 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom 

Shipping Methods: Orders are usually shipped by using DHL Express, UPS & USPS.

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK 

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at contact@smithfashion.co.uk.

Track Your Order:

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at contact@smithfashion.co.uk and we will be happy to help you.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order via our Track and Trace page on the website. It may take up to 2-4 days after ordering for the Track and Trace information to be visible.

Taxes:

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
